Beth is a Principal and Cofounder at Parkside Investment, a Seattle-based real estate private equity firm active in Seattle and Salt Lake City. Since 2010 Parkside has completed seven acquisitions and two dispositions. Beth has a deep appreciation for art and following this passion has found opportunities with short and documentary films. A graduate of the University of Washington and Seattle native, Beth is also a Francophile, having lived in the Cotê d’Azur with her family from 2015 - 2019.
